Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every prompt, uploaded asset, generated result, and attempt to use ImageToVideoAI. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use ImageToVideoAI to create, upload, request, distribute, or facilitate:

• NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, exploitative, or non-consensual intimate content, including any sexual content involving minors
• Face-swap content, deepfakes, impersonation, or manipulated media that uses a real person's identity or likeness without clear authorization
• Illegal, fraudulent, violent, abusive, hateful, harassing, self-harm-promoting, or otherwise harmful content or activity
• Content that infringes intellectual property, publicity, personality, or other rights
• Personal, confidential, or biometric data used without a lawful basis and the necessary privacy permissions
• Malware, phishing, scams, unauthorized surveillance, or attempts to compromise systems or users
• Attempts to bypass, probe, disable, or evade our moderation, safety checks, rate limits, access controls, or provider safeguards

Your Responsibilities

You must have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions required for your prompts, uploads, and intended use of generated results. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them and for complying with applicable laws and third-party platform rules.

Moderation and Enforcement

We may automatically moderate prompts and other inputs, block requests, retain limited safety records, or ask for additional information. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, withhold access to generated results, and report suspected unlawful activity when appropriate. Repeated or serious violations may result in immediate termination without a refund where permitted by law.

Report suspected abuse, rights violations, or safety concerns to support@imagetovideoai.net. Include enough information for us to locate and assess the content.

Changes

We may update this policy as our services, laws, or safety requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
