Your Money is Protected
If the AI model fails to generate your video for any reason, your credits are automatically refunded. No tickets, no waiting.
If a generation takes too long (over 60 minutes), our system automatically marks it as failed and refunds your credits.
If the upstream provider returns an error or abnormal result, credits are refunded before you even notice.
All refunds are executed by code in real-time. There is no manual approval process — your credits return instantly.
Your Data is Safe
Your uploaded images and generated videos are never used to train AI models. Period.
Uploaded images are stored securely on our servers so you can regenerate without re-uploading. Generated videos are stored on Cloudflare R2 and can be deleted anytime.
All generated videos are stored on Cloudflare R2 with encryption at rest. All transfers use HTTPS.
We do not sell, share, or provide your data to any third party for marketing, analytics, or any other purpose.
